Meditation Introductory
Basics of Meditation (this part takes 3 hours)
Eric will guide you on Anapanab-sati meditation (Mindfulness breath
Meditation). This meditation trains you to be the master of your mind and it is a very important aspect of holistic health. Our uncontrolled-mind is the primary cause of negative situation in our life,
therefore knowing your mind and having control over it will change your life for good. You will find out the difference between
meditation and mediation.
Sound Meditation (this part takes 3 hours)
This meditation trains you to be the master of your mind, with
the help of Tibetan Singing Bowls, and the power of sound vibration.
You will be trained to meditate on the sound, so you are able
to recall upon the sound, and make use of the recalled sound, for your own health and wellness.
You will find out the difference between sound you can hear, and
Silent Sound.
Pyramid Meditation (this part takes 2 hours)
In this part we will bring you closer to the secret of the ancient
power of the pyramid, and we let you experience, first hand, how it feels to be in the pyramid.
You will find out, how the magic of the Pyramid will help you
to reach out easy in your meditation, so your mind will be better in control.
Therapy Part
Two hours of Reiki therapy, with special relaxing background music.
Two hours of Oxygen therapy, in one of our massage chairs, while listening with a wireless headphone to special
sound CD for relaxation.
Two hours of Sound Massage, with Tibetan Singing Bowls, live played on and beside your body, to enhance a better
energy balancing, to promote a better health and wealth.

( 8 Hours of teaching, booklet and certification )
Reiki 1
consists of 4 attunements for fine tuning your subtle energy-bodies to higher vibratory frequency. The Reiki Master will initiate
the students by activating and aligning their chakras (energy centers), allowing the students to channel Cosmic Energy for
self-healing and treating others. You will receive the essence of Reiki and understand the uniqueness of Reiki and why Reiki
is a completely safe system of energy work.
In addition, Eric will guide you on Anapanab-sati meditation (Mindfulness.Meditation).
This meditation trains you to be the master of your mind and it is a very important aspect of wholistic health. Our uncontrolled-mind

Reiki 2nd Degree Workshop
( 8 Hours of teaching, booklet and certification )
In Reiki 2 workshop, students will receive 2 attunements
to enable them the use of the three sacred symbols of Reiki. The attunements also enhance the energy level of the students.
This workshop focuses on the importance of learning and receiving the proper Reiki symbols. Lots of practice in applying
the symbols to increase energy, to do distant healing, to heal the subconscious mind, to create affirmation, to clear negative
energy in the environment..........most important get the right symbols. There are, at the moment, many distorted symbols
that are taught as Reiki symbols. The importance of having the true Reiki symbols is critical for proper attunement to be
a Reiki channel. Let me give you an example, when you want to tune in to a particular radio or TV station, you need to have
the correct frequency for that station to receive good clear signal. The correct Reiki symbols are like the correct channel
frequency that you use to receive your program. The same goes for sending and receiving of email or making a phone call, you
must have the right information. Thus, distorted symbols give you distorted attunement which cannot be said to be the proper
REIKI attunement.
